You will need both of these forms to create a new noncredit course. Note : Noncredit approval is granted by the State; there is no local temporary authorization (i.e, “99” status) that will allow you to offer it immediately. Noncredit courses cannot be “imported” from the District database. You will want to plan your timeframe accordingly.
